This fantastic scale radio controlled replica of the Taigen T34/85 Russian tank looks great and is feature packed including working smoke and realistic sound effects, which include motor start-up, engine and machine-gun sounds and shell sounds when it fires a BB!

This beautifully made tank comes in an off-white finish and looks amazing. The attention to detail is stunning and adds to the realism; while the fact that it is hand painted makes every piece an original! The T34/85 is full metal with all metal components including: metal drive & idler wheel and metal road wheel with rubber tyres, metal track, metal photo etch grills, metal accessory part for upper hull, metal turret with metal gun barrel and metal pull rope. Other features include a 4:1 steel gear set with bearing and a NI-MH 1700Mah battery for extended playtime!

All functions of the tank are controlled from the included 2.4GHz transmitter receiver kit featuring many improvements compared to the old crystal based systems like extended range, no interference from fellow enthusiasts and precision steering. From now on, you can have epic battles with as many radio-controlled tanks as you wish. The tank can go forwards and backwards at a multitude of different speeds and the real working caterpillar tracks are a scaled down version of what you would get on the real thing! Full metallic linkages and full metal working suspension perfect for climbing over objects and up hills or any terrain.. The turret is also fully controllable and can be rotated all the way round as well as moving the gun up and down.

History; The T34/85 was an up-gunned version of the T34/76, itself a very capable tank. Because the turret and gun were the main difference between the models, it meant that model changes could run on the same production line.

It was sometimes called a ‘Tiger Killer’ as it was made to face the big German Tiger Tanks. Its gun was no match for the mighty 88mm gun that the tiger boasted but ease of manufacture, sloped armour, speed, cross country performance and reliability made the T34/85 regarded by most, the best tank and most produced of WW2!!
